CONCLUSION (s62):
'It is submitted that this case involves victimisation on a scandalous level forcing resignation of an extremely long-serving employee who held the best interests of railway users at his heart. Ultimately, it was his dedication and commitment to railway safety that brought about the victimisation.'
Counsel's Closing Submissions

On the 14th of November 2001, Mr James Laddie, on behalf of Mr Holden, gave the closing submissions to the tribunal. These were under the main headings of - health and safety, whistleblowing, victimisation, constructive dismissal and the main conclusions.
